Transaction Risk Control
Sellers must provide verifiable Proof of Product. Buyers must provide verifiable Proof of Funds. This discipline reduces uncertainty, protects confidential information and prevents unserious counterparties from entering the process.
On the seller side, we require verifiable evidence of the asset. The POP may be an artwork, a real estate asset, a mining title, a concession, an energy asset, ownership documentation, a mandate or any credible evidence proving that the asset exists and that the presenter has legitimate authority.

On the buyer side, we require verifiable evidence of financial capacity. We do not move forward with buyers, investors or interested parties who cannot demonstrate funds, solvency or real execution capacity. This discipline protects information flow.
