We support selected transactions involving Old Masters, Impressionist, Post-War and Contemporary works, as well as private collections and culturally significant assets. Our role is to organize the preliminary transaction architecture before sensitive information, identities or documentation are exposed.
This includes reviewing the authority of the party presenting the work, the available ownership and provenance documentation, the chain of title, the location and availability of the artwork, the evidence of possession, the buyer's capacity to proceed and the legal or professional framework required for a serious negotiation.
Controlled Review
In art transactions, INTERMYDYA may coordinate the review of mandate authority, proof of possession, provenance, chain of title, ownership documentation, condition reports, expert opinions, certificates, catalogue references, photographic evidence, viewing protocol, NDA, LOI, proof of funds, escrow structure, payment pathway and closing conditions.
The objective is not to create noise around an artwork. The objective is to protect the work, the owner, the buyer and the transaction by ensuring that only qualified and documented conversations move forward.
Process
A typical process begins with mandate verification and preliminary documentation intake. Once confidentiality is established, INTERMYDYA supports the controlled qualification of buyers or sellers, the exchange of essential documentation, the review of LOI and POF where required, the coordination of viewing or expert review, and the organization of the professional path toward closing.
